On 17 November 2023, Foreign Office Spouses Association (FOSA) hosted an International Charity Bazaar. H.E. Mr. Yao Wen, Ambassador of China to Bangladesh and Chinese diplomats & spouses attended. Honorable Foreign Minister Dr. A.K. Abdul Momen and his wife attended the inauguration ceremony.

The site was crowded with people in a warm atmosphere. In front of the Chinese Embassy's booth, many guests stopped to taste the special snacks, listened to the briefing of the products with great interest, and eagerly purchased tea sets, silk scarves, screens and etc., making the Chinese Embassy's booth the most popular and favourite booth at the charity bazaar.

In order to promote Chinese culture, the Embassy organised cultural performances such as tai chi and traditional dance. All proceeds from the bazaar were donated to the FOSA.
